Bob Zarnetske is a licensed attorney in Connecticut
and Washington, DC. He served in the federal government for ten years. He started his career
as a Presidential Management Intern at the United States Department of Education. He served as the Acting Assistant
Director of the Bureau of Transportation Statistics at the United States Department of Transportation and as a Legislative
Assistant in the United States Senate. Bob also served as Assistant City Manager and City Manager in Norwich, Connecticut.
Bob is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University (B.A., 1987), the University
of Connecticut (M.A., 1989), Harvard University's Graduate School of Education (Ed.M. 1990), and the University
of Oregon School of Law (J.D. 1993). Bob was a staff editor for the Oregon Law Review.
